CAMP OVERVIEW

Train with University/International COACHES and athletes!

You will learn what the pros know! Abstract Volleyball camps combine a culture of fun with learning the proper techniques of each of the skills.

We believe to become a High Performance athlete, there is no better way then to be trained by those who have already accomplished it!

Anyone can become good at a skill within a controlled drill, but the real goal is to have skill success within a game. Coach Jesse Knight will clarify exactly the goals and expectations of each skill and each athlete will have the opportunity to develop the skills into habits.
